Our hours of operation are: : Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri - 9am-noon. Thursdays are drive-thru produce distribution days and our office and pantry are closed.

FOOD ASSISTANTANCE: Please download and fill out the forms below. You may fill them out on a computer and then print them out or email to paige@hcsmfish.org. Or you may fill them out by hand and bring them to our office.

RENT & UTILITY ASSISTANCE: Rent and utility assistance requests are taken by appointment only. Call or email paige@hcsmfish.org to verify eligibility and to request an appointment. Applicants must be residents of Hunt County and can only receive assistance for rent/utilities every 2 years. Download the 2024 application below. You can fill it out on your computer and then save the application and submit as an attachment to your email. Photos of the application will NOT be accepted.
